Terms of Service Effective Date: April 8, 2025
1. Overview
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of BESTMOW services, including devices, software, applications, and all related offerings. By subscribing to or purchasing BESTMOW products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
BESTMOW reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted publicly and are binding as of their effective date.
2. 30-Day Cancellation Policy
Subject to the detailed terms below, all subscription and purchase plans are eligible for a 30-day cancellation period. By accepting the Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the cancellation policy.
3. Service Content and Usage
BESTMOW provides robotic lawn mowing services through a proprietary combination of hardware and software. All services are for personal residential use only. Commercial, multi-household, or resale usage is strictly prohibited unless expressly permitted in writing.
Users must comply with all local, state, and federal laws and environmental regulations while using BESTMOW products. Any unauthorized modifications, tampering, or hacking may result in immediate termination of service and forfeiture of any paid amounts or deposits.
4. Registration and Credit Card Authorization
To access services, you must:

Be at least 18 years old.

Register using your real name, verifiable residential address, and accurate billing information.

Bind a valid credit or debit card for ongoing billing.
BESTMOW may suspend service and pursue legal remedies in cases of fraudulent registrations, including use of false identity or address.
5. Subscription and Purchase Plans
A. Purchase Plan in Advance

Retail Price: $1499.00 (includes 1 set of blades)

Warranty: 2 years

Optional Loyalty Plan: $19.99/month

30-Day Cancellation: Full refund upon return in good condition (original packaging or $29.99 repackaging fee applies). Return shipping covered by BESTMOW.
B. Subscription-Based Plans
Subscription begins on the date of delivery confirmation.
Benefits include warranty extension, OTA upgrades, replacement blades, canopy cover, and future trade-in eligibility. All plans have one-time refundable$99 or CAD $136.26 deposit
Cancellation Terms:

Cancel within first 30 days: First month non-refundable, but no penalties if returned in good working condition.

Cancel after 30 days: $299 restocking fee applies.

For cancellations without return: full subscription continues until equipment is returned or contract is bought out per the Subscription Agreement.

All prior users of this program remain bound by the following Fair Use terms:

One trial per household/address

No resale or reuse of units

No use of fake/multiple accounts to extend trial

Personal residential use only
Violations will result in service suspension, refund forfeiture, and potential legal claims.
8. Enforcement & Remedies
Violations of these Terms may result in:

Suspension or permanent deactivation of device and/or services

Chargeback of full retail value if unit is retained without payment

Reporting to credit bureaus or collections

Legal action, including civil or criminal complaints for fraud or misuse
BESTMOW reserves the right to audit accounts for signs of abuse, fraud, or resale schemes.
9. Eligibility Verification
BESTMOW may request identity verification or proof of address before activating or reactivating services. Refusal to comply may result in denial of service.
10. Privacy
Use of BESTMOW products and services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By registering or using BESTMOW services, you consent to our collection and use of data for purposes including, but not limited to, fraud detection, support, account servicing, and service optimization.
11. Legal Agreement
By registering, subscribing, or using any BESTMOW product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms incorporate by reference the full BESTMOW Subscription Agreement, Return Policy, and Privacy Policy.
