BESTMOW Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy
Effective Date: August 7, 2025
This Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy (“Policy”) applies to both subscription-based and one-time purchase customers. By purchasing or subscribing to BESTMOW services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy.
1. Return Eligibility
BESTMOW offers a 30-day return policy for eligible products. Customers may request a return under either of the following scenarios:

Cancellation of a subscription (monthly plan)

Cancellation of a one-time purchase
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
a) The return request must be submitted within thirty (30) days of product receipt. b) Once approved, the customer must return the product within fourteen (14) calendar days. c) The product must be in Good Working Condition, defined as:

Fully operational and free of functional defects

No excessive physical damage (minor scratches/scuffs acceptable)

Returned with all original components and accessories, including cutting disc, antenna, charger, and docking station
d) Products showing signs of excessive damage, such as cracked housing, broken ports, water intrusion, tampering, or unauthorized repairs, are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. e) Subscription customers must be in good standing at the time of return (i.e., no overdue payments or open disputes).
2. Deposit and Subscription Fee Policy (U.S. & Canada)
a) Initial Payment
Upon enrollment, subscription customers shall pay:

U.S.: $99 refundable security deposit

Canada: CAD$136.26 refundable security deposit

First month’s subscription fee:

$59 (U.S.) / CAD$79.99 (Canada) for 24-month plan

$99 (U.S.) / CAD$139.99 (Canada) for 12-month plan

Subsequent subscription fees are charged monthly.
b) 30-Day Full Refund
If cancellation and return are initiated within 30 days of the initial payment, and the product is returned in Good Working Condition, the customer will receive a full refund of both the deposit and the first month’s subscription fee.
3. One-Time Purchase Refund Terms
Customers who purchase a BESTMOW product at retail price (e.g., $1,499 USD or CAD equivalent) may cancel and return the product within 30 days of delivery, provided:

The product is in original or like-new condition

All accessories are returned

The original or equivalent packaging is used
A 5% processing fee may be deducted for voluntary cancellations. If the unit shows signs of damage or excessive wear, a restocking or repair fee (up to 10%) may be applied.
Note on Pricing: BESTMOW reserves the right to adjust product pricing in accordance with market conditions and promotional strategies. The refund amount will be based on the actual amount paid at the time of purchase, not on listed or current prices.
4. Early Cancellation (Subscription Only)
Early cancellation refers to terminating a subscription before fulfilling the commitment term (12 or 24 months). The following applies:
a) A non-refundable $99 (U.S.) or CAD$136.26 (Canada) restocking fee applies if return is not eligible for a full refund. b) All previously paid subscription fees are non-refundable. c) If the unit is not returned within 14 days of cancellation confirmation, the subscription will automatically resume, and billing will continue.

b) Shipping Instructions

Use the original packaging or equivalent sturdy container

A $29.99 repackaging fee applies if original packaging is unavailable

Deductions may apply for missing or damaged components
6. Exchange Policy
a) Verified product defects during the active subscription or under one-time purchase warranty may qualify for an exchange. b) A replacement will be shipped within five (5) business days upon return inspection. c) If the original unit is not returned within 30 days, the request becomes void and subscription charges resume (if applicable). d) Declining the exchange and requesting cancellation will trigger Section 4’s early termination policy.
7. Ownership Transfer (Subscription Only)
BESTMOW follows a Rent-to-Own model. Full ownership of the device transfers only after:

Completion of the full subscription term (12 or 24 months)

All payments are made and the account is in good standing
Until then, the mower remains the property of BESTMOW. Unauthorized resale, transfer, or tampering may result in service deactivation or permanent lockout.
